This is a pie to be proud of. The crust is sturdy yet flaky. The filling is cold, buttery, custardy, sweet goodness. All topped with diaphanous whipped cream and drizzled with dark chocolate sauce to finish. It is everything the folks at America's Test Kitchen promised it would be and now I am feeling a
