Vanilla Coconut Oatmeal with Peaches, Blueberries, + Almonds
When it comes to breakfast, I'm an oatmeal girl all the way. Actually, I like eating it anytime of the day. Even for a snack if I'm in the mood. It's healthy, creamy,  and you can be as plain or excessive as you like with the toppings. Usually I just toss in some frozen blueberries because I
