Fresh strawberries mean a whole lot more than shortcake – although that’s pretty amazing.  I think this Summer Strawberry Spinach Salad is pretty wonderful too. Every summer we wait for our delicious local berries to appear at roadside stands, U-pick farms, markets and grocery stores.  Our strawberry season is short and sweet and we love
