Mix in the evening, soak overnight, bake in the morning. I use the same baking pan for the entire process, including storage! Less work means less mess :). Keeps in the fridge for up to two weeks. This classic baked oatmeal is a healthy, humble dish and my go to for a great breakfast or snack. Once baked, it's quick and nourishing and may be eaten as is or made into a decadent desert. Slice into brownie sized portions and keep in the fridge or freezer. Also, reheats great in the microwave!
