It doesn't get much easier than this! If you are leery about using frozen chicken breasts, you can use fresh, just reduce the cooking time. I have done it both ways with great success! They key really is using a good quality barbecue sauce like Stubbs or even Sweet Baby Ray's. It is very versatile too! If you don't want it on a sandwich, try it as a pizza topping, or even in a salad. I like to make big batches and use it through the week for lunches.
