Making homemade pasta, such as this sweet potato ravioli, is a really fun kitchen project for me and my daughters, and the outcome TASTES REALLY GOOD. Homemade ravioli is one of my most favorite dishes of all time, and there's just no way to make it if you don't make the dough.
