One of my good friends was recently planning a party for her son and I volunteered to help out.  After all, I like cooking more than the average person, and who doesn't want a hand with entertaining?  We talked about the menu and she wanted to serve sandwiches, turkey rollups, fruit, and cupcakes.  A simple
