Orange Mango Baked Ham was worth the wait. I bought a 10-pound ham shank at Easter but I didn't end up making it at the time.  It's been in the freezer waiting for me.  I was waiting for the perfect Ham Inspiration.  Hamspiration?  I found it in a Barefoot Contessa recipe which I have adapted
