The calendar tells me it's Fall despite the temperatures we are currently experiencing here in Montana. It's sunny and in the high 60ies as I'm typing this - there is nothing autumnal about it being that warm. No matter what the thermometer says when it comes to my baking I want to reach for the flavors of
