The weather turned cold and rainy here in Oregon. It's now officially time for Minestrone Soup. I've been looking forward to minestrone soup weather for a while now, but it's stayed warm and sunny. Finally, I can enjoy staying inside, padding about in my pjs all day if I like, and smelling the soup bubbling
