Yes, homemade Velveeta cheese.  I came across this recipe a few weeks back and felt compelled to try it and I'm glad I did. I'm not a big fan of Velveeta but it does have it's purpose in life.  It's great to use for grilled cheese sandwiches for one. It's also great on baked potatoes
