Lately I've been on somewhat of a Moscow Mule kick. In case you don't know what a Moscow Mule is, it's basically vodka and ginger beer.  I decided to put a spin on the standard mule with this Watermelon Moscow Mule.  It was REALLY good - and if you want, you can easily make it a
