I was thrilled when I finally found fresh pizza dough in our local Trader Joe's.  I would pat out the dough and top with fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and a chiffonade of basil for a quick dinner.  Pizza Margherita was one of the few entrees that received no complaints...a true rarity in this household!
