I first made these Triple Ginger Cookies nearly a decade ago...an issue of Bon Appetit arrived the week before I was scheduled to host book club. Two fabulous cookie recipes caught my eye...one was these chewy cookies with an intense ginger flavor...and another was this chocolate toffee cookie (yes, time to update some of my old photos!).
