Usually I bake my fish pretty simply, butter, lemon and some spices.  But I usually bake Salmon, and salmon has an amazing flavor on it's own.  BUT this is trout, and while trout is a great fish I thought it could use a little... pizazz?  SO I decided to try something new. You'll love this
