My favorite Girl Scout cookie was the Samoa.  I'm pretty sure you can't go wrong when you combine chocolate, coconut and caramel and when I saw the  recipe for paleo samoa brownies in the Paleo Parent's newest cookbook, Real Life Paleo, I jumped at the chance to make it. The first bite was thick, chocolaty
