Today I am featuring Connecticut in my “Cooking 50 States” Tour.  Connecticut is known as “The Nutmeg State” so I thought this would be the perfect nod to this little New England state.     To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon each of
