It is so funny how hard it is to come up with a title for a recipe.  Chicken Pepper Pasta, Chicken & Bell Pepper Pasta, Pepper Penne Pasta and Chicken and so on and so on.  But then again I have been accused of over thinking things.  So... Chicken Pepper Pasta it is.  Thank goodness
