One of the first things I made for this blog was a Mexican(ish) Shepherd's Pie.  It's basically a Shepherd's Pie crossed with a taco, or a taco casserole.  Last week when I asked the family what their requests for dinners were, our oldest shouted Mexican Shepherd's Pie!  So here I am making it again. //
