This dish is based off a recipe from Lauren Ulm's Vegan Yum Yum cookbook. Lauren Ulm hasn't posted to her blog since 2012, which makes me so sad.  I have loved every recipe of hers that I've tried.  And her photographs are drool-worthy too.
