Happy Monday!  I simply cannot believe it's already Monday and Thanksgiving is now 3 short weeks away.  I must say I am really looking forward to the holiday season this year. My cousin and her girlfriend are coming down from Philly to spend the holiday with us and I'm so excited to see them! I
