After finishing up the music cake yesterday afternoon, I took a little break, then spent the evening finishing up my second of three cake orders for this week.  I can't cut it and show you the inside, but it's deep dark Red Velvet Cake. It's filled and covered with cream cheese frosting.  After letting that
