Christmas goodie #7 are Swedish butter cookies.  I love these cookies.  I grew up eating these throughout the year, my grandma would make them just for me.  Aren't I special :)  They are really simple to make.  I think we have a trend going here with these easy holiday cookies.  Don't let that fool you
