If you haven't tried roasting vegetables, this recipe is a great place to start. And even if you're a pro at roasting... you should still give this one a try, you won't be disappointed! Author: The Chunky Chef Serves: 6 servings Ingredients 5 cups broccoli florets 3 Tbsp olive oil 4 garlic cloves minced ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated 1 lemon juiced ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes Instructions Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray. Place broccoli florets in a large ziploc bag. Add olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Close bag and shake well to coat all the florets. Lay the broccoli florets in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until tender and slightly golden brown.
