Author: The Chunky Chef Recipe type: Bread Cuisine: American Serves: 8 rolls Ingredients 1 can crescent dinner rolls 4 sticks mozzarella string cheese cut in half 2 Tbsp fresh basil minced 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp garlic powder ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate the crescent roll dough, along the perforated lines, into 8 triangles. Place one piece of string cheese on the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle with fresh basil, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Roll up each triangle into a crescent roll shape. Place on baking sheet. Top each crescent roll with a little Italian seasoning and more Parmesan cheese. Bake 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Brush tops with a little melted butter if desired.
