I met some pretty great people at a conference last weekend and have been checking out their food blogs.  Olena at iFOODreal inspired me to make this cauliflower gratin.  I knew my husband and I would love it.  Garlic, cheese, cauliflower.  Sold!  I wasn't so sure about the kids.  Turns out they love anything covered
