Hello long weekend, we meet again!  We’ve been having a great time hunting for and coloring eggs.  The kids have been plotting ways to catch that sneaky Bunny too!  Of course there’s been a lot of eating as well.  We’ve got a brunch planned and this dish is perfect for holiday weekends with family.
