This is one of my favorite salads. I love everything about it... the tart green apple with the slightly sweet maple-orange dressing and then there's blue cheese on it {which, of course, makes everything better} plus toasted walnuts {my favorite!} Oh I am just so glad that I am eating this salad while I write this
