We love fondue! It’s a party in a pot! It’s hot, melted cheese! What’s not to love? Here’s a tra­di­tional recipe for Swiss fondue, but feel free to mix it up. The beauty of fondue is that you can add almost any cheese you want—there are no fonDON’TS! And don’t forget the accom­pa­ni­ments! You can never go wrong with a crusty baguette, but get cre­ative! We love serving fondue with French cor­ni­chons or Maitland Mountain Farm pickles, olives (pitted), our roasted Idaho pota­toes, pro­sciutto and salami…just about every­thing taste good dipped in cheese!
