In honor of National Pie Day, Jan 23 2015, I am making my version of a lemon icebox pie.   This is an easy recipe - light, refreshing and decadent. Light and decadent might by an oximoron ;)  But it is certainly refreshing and delicious. I know lemon pie screams summer but here in Florida
