Good Morning!  I know your wondering why Chicken Cacciatore for Man Food Mondays....well, it all started with a cartoon.  No really it was a cartoon I watched as a child on Sunday mornings. One of my favorite cartoons was one about a highly intelligent dog and his adopted son, Mr Peabody and Sherman Improbable Histories.
