I'm back at it again baking with rhubarb. Just. Can't. Get. Enough.  Seriously though, I made this pie for a pie party I went to last week. Yes a pie party.  Is that not the best idea you've ever heard?  It was in celebration of the 1 year anniversary of my friends site Rolling Spoon.
