9.27.14: I first posted this recipe 6 months ago and remember loving how easy, convenient, and delicious it was- just set it and forget it, (thank god for crock pots).  I relied on this recipe today when 3 of my Aunts came over for lunch. My parents moved to CO (wahhh) and I hadn't seen my aunts since they moved.
