A few years ago, I adapted Ina Garten's recipe for white chocolate chunk cookies.  I decided to include both semi-sweet and white chocolate chunks, because I find that white chocolate alone can be too sweet. But the extra semi-sweet (I used Guittard Akoma extra semi-sweet chips) chocolate is just what this cookie needed to
