Freezer jam will always remind me of the summers spent at my Grandmother's house. She would serve this amazing jam over her homemade biscuits. And unlike bologna on white bread, the taste of this jam is JUST as amazing in real life as it is in my memory. It's super fast and simple to make, and I make a point to stock the freezer at least once a year. You can even use the grocery store strawberries, and get a delicious jam.
