Whether you realize it or not, January is National Oatmeal Month! (I found that out when I was researching for my January Holidays post.) Since I was already planning to write about oatmeal this month, it works in my favor . . . hopefully lots of people will be searching for oatmeal recipes and new ways to serve oatmeal.
