This breakfast recipe is my take on a delicious breakfast sandwich I had at a local fast-casual restaurant here in Houston. I’ll eat goat cheese on pretty much anything so this sandwich was right up my alley. I’ll eat it on my chicken, I’ll eat it on my pizza…in ravioli…on a spoon…my mouth is watering.
