Prior to making these Reese's Pieces Cookie Cups, I think I had Reese's Pieces MAYBE once in about 5 years.  Shame on me!  I had forgotten how much I enjoyed them.  I saw them in the baking aisle at the store and thought it would be fun to make something with the mini Reese's Pieces.
