While standing in line at the grocery store I saw a glimpse of some adorable cupcakes on the front of a magazine that looked like little chicks.  I thought they looked easy enough to make and so I thought for a fun Easter treat I would try duplicating what I saw.  These Chickadee Easter Cupcakes
