When I think of Spring...& Summer, to a certain extent...I always think of Strawberry & Rhubarb.  It is a classic combination.  A couple of weeks ago, Bert came across an article in Food & Wine Magazine on this divine combination...he really focused in on the strawberry rhubarb popsicle recipe, & I thought, "Hmm...maybe this is the
