I never thought I would have the desire or the opportunity to cook goat.  I’m not opposed to eating it, but it also wouldn’t be the first thing I’d go for on a menu.  I mean it’s so . . . goaty.  Right? Gamey and tough is what I expected.  Well, I was pleasantly surprised
