This Corn Chowder is a fantastic soup for the end of summer!  The sweetcorn is ready and the temperatures are starting to drop a little.  Fall is coming, whether we like it or not.  Soon it will be back to school time!  It just doesn't seem possible, does it?  I slightly adapted this recipe from here,
