I've always been quite fond of Saint Patrick's Day. The Irish holiday is one of my favorites for several reasons: I LOVE corned beef - As a child, I used to ask for it on my birthdays. Green is my FAVORITE color. Who doesn't love a holiday surrounded by adult beverages? I'm 1/2 IRISH (1/2
