I wanted to wish everyone a happy St. Patrick’s Day- and I’m doing it with my Jacked Up Irish Coffee. Since all whiskeys are not created equal, I had to test out a few in this Irish Coffee before I found my favorite. Tough job but someone has to do it. To quote Frank Sinatra,
