Growing up, my Dad introduced us to Congo Bars. Never heard of them before. The dough is similar to chocolate chip cookie dough except it is spread into a pan and baked. They are also referred to as blondies, but to keep the family tradition, I still refer to them as Congo Bars.  Basically, it
