A local specialty of Norristown, Pennsylvania, the Zep is a rather simple creation of a slightly wider hoagie roll that is around 14 inches long. It contains a simple oil, Cotto Salami, Provolone Cheese, Tomatoes, Onions, Oregano and a Red Pepper Hoagie spread.
