I didn't set out to make this 5 Minute Spiced Pumpkin Butter, but I'm so glad I did. This butter is one of those happy accidents that sometimes happens when you're working on something else, but it tastes so damn good you have to stop what you're working on and immediately take photos and prepare a post.
