This is a hearty and warming dish for a damp and drizzly autumn day...... unfortunately rather unseasonal as I've finally got round to posting it in the middle of a mini heat-wave here in the UK, with dazzling 26° sunshine for the last few days, and people walking around in shorts and sandals! Oh well.... it can't last too
