A burger patty stuffed with shredded cheese and bacon is a fun take on the classic bacon cheeseburger.   The monthly ingredient challenge might be one of my favorite things I've found since blogging.  In case you're new to the challenge, each month someone from our little group picks an ingredient and then the wheels
