Pavlova. A kiwi classic - Even my father can make one! (being one of two recipes I've  seen him make - the other is toast) This one's pretty fool proof - you put everything in a bowl at once, and beat until the mixture forms stiff peaks.  Generally makes 6-8 solid portions - but that depends who's eating
